With more than 35 years of medical equipment planning experience, Mr. Pulaski is expert in gathering equipment planning and budgeting information and disseminating it in understandable and practical formats to other members of the planning team. He manages many high-profile projects, including Johns Hopkins Hospital’s recent 1.4 million square foot New Clinical Building, and Massachusetts General Hospital’s 500,000 square foot Building for the Third Century.

Mr. Pulaski holds a master’s degree in architecture from the Columbia University School of Architecture in New York City. He founded Equipment Planners, Inc., in 1981 to provide equipment-planning services to hospitals and related health care facilities.
