As a Managing Principal, Ms. Ramos brings more than 25 years’ experience in Financial and Human Capital Management to the Company.
Responsible for global operations and human capital management, Ms. Ramos has been central in ensuring the performance, efficiency and profitability of departmental and organizational operations.
Joining the Company in 1995, Ms. Ramos, managed and improved the efficiency of support services such as IT, HR, Accounts and Finance. She brings extensive knowledge and experience in procedures development, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee relations, performance management, and recruiting. She strives to create a work environment that engenders positive energy, creativity and teamwork among employees.
Ms. Ramos is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management, (SHRM) the International Management Forum (IMF), and serves as a member and Mentor at the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW).
