Located in Tianhe District in Guangzhou, the Taikoo Hui complex consists of a shopping centre, two office towers, a cultural centre with a 1,000-seat theatre and a hotel—the five-star Mandarin Oriental, Guangzhou. The project earned a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
