Richard Tesdall joined SM&W in 2021 with over 20 years of consulting and design engineering experience and 10 additional years of field technical services.
Throughout his extensive career, Richard has honed his collective experiences to provide best in breed, strategic security, fire, and life safety solutions for a variety of clients. Richard specializes in providing uniformed and holistic approaches to security design engineering with the integration of Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) model. Richard is tremendously involved in the security industry, serving as a member in ASIS International, InfraGard National Alliance, and the National Fire Protection Association. Additionally, he sits on the steering committee for ASIS International’s Fire & Life Safety Community.
