AIA Pennsylvania Architectural Excellence Award for University of Pennsylvania, Gutmann College House

We’re honored to have a project recognized by the AIA Pennsylvania Architectural Excellence Awards this year! University of Pennsylvania, Gutmann College House, won two AIA Pennsylvania Awards on 11/16/23: the AIA Pennsylvania Merit Award, 2023 Architectural Excellence Design Awards and the AIA Pennsylvania COTE AWARD, 2023 Architectural Excellence COTE Awards (Committee on the Environment). We provided security consulting services for this project. The 250,000 SF project provides housing, as well as a range of indoor and outdoor public, semi-private and secure spaces.
