John is an acoustical consultant based in SM&W’s New York office. Since joining the firm in 2020, he has contributed to projects across a broad range of sectors, including corporate, residential, healthcare, government, education, transportation, and cultural institutions.

His expertise encompasses room acoustics, mechanical noise and vibration control, acoustic isolation, transportation noise, and construction-related acoustical impacts. John partners closely with design teams and project stakeholders to deliver practical, tailored acoustical solutions. His approach is informed by diverse project experience, a strong foundation in construction noise and vibration consulting, and formal training as a musician, further enriched by his background in the performing arts industry.
