Shen Milsom & Wilke LLC (SM&W) was engaged by SUEBA Construction Services (SCS) to conduct a comprehensive physical security assessment for the properties listed below. Some are still active construction sites. As part of this engagement, SM&W’s security consulting team conducted a site survey to assess the existing physical security measures and identify potential vulnerabilities that could pose risks to site personnel, equipment, and materials. This included an evaluation of perimeter controls, surveillance systems, access protocols, after-hours protection, and response capabilities.
The security assessment culminated in the development of a focused findings and recommendations report, tailored to support SCS in enhancing its construction site security posture. SM&W provided a series of practical and scalable mitigation strategies designed to reduce the risk of theft, unauthorized access, vandalism, and other site-specific threats. These recommendations addressed improvements to fencing, camera placement, guard services, signage, alarm system monitoring, and general site protocols—all essential to safeguarding the project during its critical development phases.

With high-value materials, machinery, and limited occupancy during off-hours, construction sites are often targeted for opportunistic crimes.
