Shen Milsom & Wilke (SM&W) provided Medical Equipment Planning services for the Hamdan Bin Rashid Cancer Hospital (HBRCH), a world-class comprehensive cancer hospital developed by Dubai Health as part of Dubai’s first integrated academic health system.
Developed in collaboration with The Royal Marsden Hospital in the UK, HBRCH is focusing on a multidisciplinary, patient-first model of care that integrates early diagnosis, treatment, supportive care, research, and clinical trials under one roof.
The 635,000-square-foot facility includes 53 outpatient clinics, 116 inpatient beds, and 60 infusion rooms, alongside thoughtfully designed gardens and wellness spaces that promote patient recovery and well-being. Equipped with integrated digital systems and AI-driven documentation platforms, the hospital delivers a seamless care experience supported by the latest advancements in healthcare technology.
Set to become a hub for clinical research and innovation, HBRCH represents a major step forward in the region’s mission to deliver world-class, patient-centered cancer care.
