Joseph McCloskey has over 25 years of extensive and progressive equipment planning experience, providing professional expertise for more than 100 hospital/healthcare construction projects.

Joe’s history includes the proficient completion of all aspects of the equipment planning process, including: Budget Development, Planning/Specification, Procurement and Process Management services. He has successfully implemented the equipment planning program for the full spectrum of healthcare facilities, including: Acute Care, University, Specialty Care, Surgical Centers, Ambulatory Service Centers and Medical Office Buildings, in addition to U.S. Air Force Medical, Dental and Veterinary Clinics. Joe’s in-depth knowledge of hospital and USAF medical facility operations has enabled him to provide equipment planning services for projects ranging from single departments through complete replacement facilities.

As a seasoned professional, Joe’s communication skills allow him to effectively facilitate the equipment planning process to fulfill the diverse needs of all participants of the project delivery team: Senior Management, Departmental Representatives, Architects, Engineers, Project Managers, Interior Designers, Specialty Consultants, Construction Managers, Contractors and Sub-Contractors.
