Mildred serves as Chief Human Resources Officer and is an integral member of the Executive Committee.
She oversees human resources operations, employee relations, human capital management, and compliance with employment laws. Her extensive experience in both strategic and operational HR enables her to effectively support the firm’s business objectives.
Mildred is a strong advocate for cultural diversity and inclusion in the workplace and the broader community. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Committee for Hispanic Children & Families (CHCF) and the Spanish-Speaking Elderly Council and is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the National Association of Female Executives. Her contributions have earned several recognitions, including the NAPW Professional Woman of the Year award in Leadership and Human Capital Management.
