Ben Lang has over 12 years of integrated audio-visual and IT experience. He has worked within the UK live events industry as a project manager and engineer, and has installed permanent solutions in the UK and North America.
In addition, he has served as project manager for large teams of technical resources across mainland Europe. He has managed projects ranging from £2.5 million – £50M.
As a consultant, Ben’s interest lies in finding technology platforms that complete the built environment and workplaces. He collaborates with his clients to understand their needs and wants, with a view to helping them further their organization’s technology strategy. Recent projects included work with Microsoft, Amazon, Shell, Cancer Research UK and Salesforce. He served as the lead designer and project manager for Shell’s two largest build projects in the UK. His role required a high level of stakeholder management and a precise understanding of organizational culture, along with an ability to work closely with the client’s internal AV/IT teams.
Ben has Polycom Certifications in Sales/ System Design and Installation (Pro AV) 2011 and Ruckus Wireless Certifications 2013.
