With a decade of experience in the audiovisual industry, Ross Turnbull has led the design and delivery of a diverse range of projects as both a key designer and project manager.
His expertise spans system design, project management, and commissioning—from the ground up—covering technologies such as AVoIP, hybrid and active learning environments, bespoke digital signage, 500+ seat lecture theatres, and advanced collaboration and R&D spaces.
Known for his meticulous attention to detail and client-focused approach, Ross excels at translating user requirements into practical, high-performing AV solutions. He has partnered with several of the UK’s leading universities to help realize their strategic technology goals and has successfully delivered projects across both public and private sectors.
Ross began his career as a programmer and commissioner, gaining deep technical insight into system capabilities across multiple manufacturers. This hands-on foundation continues to shape his design philosophy—anticipating challenges early in the process and ensuring seamless integration of emerging technologies. His extensive higher education experience has further broadened his technical perspective, enabling him to deliver complex, multidisciplinary projects with confidence and precision
