As the President & CEO of Shen Milsom & Wilke, Tom Shen is responsible for overseeing all facets of the business. Tom has a proven executive management track record and over 30 years of experience driving innovative growth and developing business strategies to expand and improve the services SM&W delivers to its clients. He has been instrumental in building key relationships with industry partners and has further positioned SM&W as an innovative technology consultancy.
Prior to his appointment of President and CEO, Tom worked in every division of SM&W, including technical design, project management, and team management. While his technical background is in IT and Multimedia Systems, his diverse experience spans across all of SM&W’s disciplines. From 2003 to 2010, Tom served as the Manager of SM&W’s San Francisco office.
