Sarah Becher joined SM&W D.C. in 2022 as a Senior Associate specializing in audiovisual design.
She began her career over 3 decades ago in a control room and production studio, then transitioned into the hospitality and convention industry working in AV management and system set-up. Sarah then worked as an Engineering Director, System Designer, Project Estimator, and Trainer prior to joining SM&W. She brings a wealth of experience with over 30 years of integrated system engineering experience in areas of audio/video, systems design, installation, project management, and service & facility operations.
Sarah further immerses herself into the audiovisual discipline as a member of the AVIXA certification committee, AVIXA Women’s Council, and as an adjunct faculty member for AVIXA and Integrated Systems Europe, including earning the AVIXA 2020 Women in AV award.
