Andrew is a Senior Associate in SM&W’s Medical Equipment Planning division, bringing over a decade of specialized experience to his role. He joined SM&W in 2018 following his tenure as a Contract Manager and Equipment Planner at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, where he oversaw a range of complex healthcare projects.
Andrew possesses a comprehensive understanding of the medical equipment planning lifecycle—from budgeting and specification through procurement, logistics, and installation. His leadership in procurement management and coordination ensures that projects are delivered on budget, on schedule, and in alignment with the needs of clinical staff, project managers, and design teams.
Known for his attention to detail and clear communication, Andrew effectively manages every phase of the planning process to support seamless project delivery and optimal outcomes in healthcare environments.
