Andy leads the Telecommunications and Information Technology system design efforts for SM&W’s San Francisco office.
He has extensive experience designing and integrating advanced low-voltage systems for projects of all scales, including structured cabling, distributed antenna systems, campus-wide Wi-Fi, building management system integration, and data center infrastructure.
He provides strategic guidance during conceptual planning, advising on telecommunications service entry, server and IDF room requirements, and translating complex equipment needs into detailed rack layouts and elevations. With a background in system installation and familiarity with Wide Area SONET Networks, Andy brings a comprehensive understanding of both design and implementation. His expertise ensures flexible, reliable, and future-ready network systems for SM&W’s clients.
