With 10 years of experience in the industry, Erika started her career as a research analyst specializing in medical equipment, where she gained valuable knowledge of various healthcare technologies. Over time, she transitioned into equipment planning and project management, expanding her skill set and becoming well-versed in the complex logistics involved in facility development and equipment coordination.
Throughout her career, she has successfully managed a wide range of projects. Erika has experience with behavioral health facilities which many equipment planners don’t usually see. This diverse experience has equipped her with an understanding of the complexities involved in large-scale healthcare facility projects, which makes her a great addition to the SM&W team!
