John serves as the Office Manager for SM&W’s Greater Philadelphia office, where he leads initiatives focused on team development and expanding the firm’s client base in the region.
He is instrumental in growing the office’s capabilities, expanding its service offerings to include IT, AV, Security, and Acoustics alongside the established team of experienced Medical Equipment Planners.
John has a strong background as a Project Manager at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, where he honed his expertise in medical equipment planning. He has successfully managed every phase of the equipment planning process, from budget planning and specification to procurement and installation management. With a proven track record of delivering projects on time and under budget, John has overseen equipment budgets totaling over $250 million throughout his career.
