Mildred serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer and is an integral member of the Executive Committee. Her extensive experience in both tactical and strategic solution delivery enables her to effectively support the company’s business objectives.

Her commitment is further demonstrated through her service on the Board of Directors for the Committee for Hispanic Children & Families (CHCF) and the Spanish-Speaking Elderly Council. As an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the National Association of Female Executives, she engages thoughtfully with the wider professional community.
